Haircut only service requires an extra 15 mins for consultation
Color only service requires an extra 15 mins for consultation
Big changes or color & haircut together requires 15mins but suggests an extra 30 mins for consultation
STEP 3 I will review your request, form, and then contact you or accept the appointment within 1 business day M - F
BEFORE YOUR VISIT ....
After you have requested an appointment via my online scheduler, I will review it and get back to you in 1 business day M - F
I will reach out via email to have with your client intake form
Once your appointment request has been accepted, my online scheduling software (Vagaro) will send you a notification of your appointment acceptance via text or email.
You will also receive a reminder in the days leading up to your scheduled visit.
THE DAY OF YOUR FIRST VISIT....
Please be ready to spend a little extra time with me that first visit. Bring any photos that show your likes or dislikes. We will discuss them and come up with a plan so you can leave that day feeling fresh & vibrant as you step back out into the world. I know color appointments can have you tied up for a little bit so I keep healthy snacks and drinks waiting for you while you are processing and an Ipad to scroll on incase you forgot yours.
Checking out in a studio is done right at the chair. If you prefer, I can even provide contactless checkout by sending your invoice right to your phone via text message and walk you through the process... EASY PEASY!
