I think that the highest compliment to Maranda’s skill as a stylist is evidenced when people stop me to ask who cuts and highlights my hair. This has happened often since I have been one of Maranda’s clients for quite a while.  The products Maranda uses are kind to hair, skin, and the environment. There are no harsh chemicals and the result is a natural look and shine.  Maranda is truly a professional and constantly seeks to learn about new techniques and products so that she can share that information and give advice to her customers.  Spending time at her salon space is relaxing. The environment is soothing and cheerful, and an appointment actually feels like a nice visit with a good friend.

I have only one comment. Maranda is a diamond in Punta Gorda she can cut and color. She is a great find for anyone looking for a hairstylist that is highly talented and up on the latest in education and hair fashion.  Maybe that was more than one comment.  I am lucky to have found her!

I absolutely love what Maranda has done with my hair over the course of three appointments and the place is quiet and peaceful too.  After a really bad cut and color from another salon, Maranda has corrected everything using non-ammonia hair color and once again it looks great and is easy to maintain between appointments.  I am very impressed with how well the non-ammonia color covers all my stubborn grey hair.  I am definitely a big fan!!!

• CANCELLATION POLICY Please understand that your appointment is held for you specifically for you, so late cancellations & no shows dramatically impact my business. In order to serve everyone to the best of my ability, I require a 48hr notice for penalty free cancellations. A cancellation of less than 48hrs will require a 50% of scheduled service to rebook your next appt & a no show/no notice will require 100% of scheduled service to rebook your next appt. 


• LATE ARRIVAL of 10 minutes or more may result in rescheduling part of the appointment to provide sufficient time for service. Should we need to reschedule the full service due to a late arrival it will be considered a last minute cancellation

• NEW CLIENTS & NEW LOOKS All new clients must schedule extra time for a consultation.
 
• EXTRA TIME If additional time is required to complete the services desired all or part of the services may need to be rescheduled, with no additional fee for the rescheduled services. 
 
• FORMS OF PAYMENT I accept payment for costs of services and retail products via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. 
 
• RETURNED PAYMENTS There will be a $35 charge applied in addition to each returned check/credit card transaction.

• PRICING All prices are subject to change 

•ADJUSTMENTS I strive to offer my clients the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed during your consultation as there are NO REFUNDS on services.

• ONLINE RETAIL RETURNS Any retail purchased online can be returned to the distributor per their policy

• IN SALON RETAIL RETURNS Any retail purchased in salon can be returned for an exchange within 15 days of purchase
